Stefania Scrofani

Hi and Welcome to my website! I am Stefania, a Postdoctoral researcher at the chair of International Economics and European Integration at University of Tübingen.

I earned my PhD in Economics at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in 2026 and I was a PhD Trainee at the European Central Bank.

I am interested in the diffusion and impact of new digital technologies on organizations, and how industrial policies can drive this transformation.

I employ a variety of microeconometric methods, including causal inference and text-as-data techniques.
